How Ferrari lost the Monaco GP

Rain shook up proceedings just ahead of the delayed start to the race, but Leclerc was able to hold firm at the front of the pack to begin with – only for things to unravel and leave the Monegasque a disappointing fourth at the chequered flag.

Ferrari team-mate Carlos Sainz also saw his chance to win the race pass by, paving the way for Sergio Perez to scoop victory for Red Bull and keep the team’s impressive run of form going.
